I have been crying on and off for the past two days.  A local woman drowned her two youngest children in a bathtub after dropping her oldest child off at the bus stop.  One died, and one is still in critical condition as I write this.  She has been charged with homicide and a whole host of other charges. Her neighbors were stunned.  Our entire city was stunned.  Everyone who knew the family was stunned.  Neighbors were interviewed by the local news, and here is what they had to say:
