Shame Is Literally Killing People

 Ginny ask for help

 I have been crying on and off for the past two days.  A local woman drowned her two youngest children in a bathtub after dropping her oldest child off at the bus stop.  One died, and one is still in critical condition as I write this.  She has been charged with homicide and a whole host of other charges. Her neighbors were stunned.  Our entire city was stunned.  Everyone who knew the family was stunned.  Neighbors were interviewed by the local news, and here is what they had to say:

    • Thank You again for being so transparent. Your testimony will indeed help so many people. After reading your story – I have felt the need to care for myself better and stay healthy by listening to myself when I get down and reaching out. It is so important to watch for red flags and not ignore them. Great post!!!!
