Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. Psalm 27:4(KJV)
While I wait for God I sometimes feel like a school girl anxiously sitting at my desk waiting for my teacher to give me directions for the next assignment. I wanted to do something and not just sit. I remember how easy it was to be distracted by other things and I’d get all antsy.
We can make a mess out of our lives if we don’t wait on God to show us. God knows I have. I look back over my life and I have taken the wrong way because I didn’t want to be still.
My kids don’t like to wait for me to instruct them. They think they know it all and they go do it without any idea of what they need to know first. Then they find themselves in a mess up to their knees. Me Too
